This is the beginning level of the Artillery skill.  You have the
ability to be a spotter for mortar fire, run mortar rounds, fire
mortars and request mortar fire.  You do not however, have the
ability to BUILD or DISMANTLE mortar equipment. The abilities for
this skill are:

   *Artillery Marker (useskill marker) - Places an artillery marker
   *Request Artillery Fire (useskill reqart)
