This is the entry level skill for becoming a Medic. This skill is
a line of sight skill meaning that if you perform an ability, it
will take effect on the player standing directly in front of you.
If there are no other players in front of you, the ability is
used upon yourself.  All abilities require a bandage (considered
medical supplies) in inventory for the ability to take effect.
This skill grants you 2 abilities to perform and an additional 2
bandages.  The abilities are:

  *Treat (useskill treat) - Restore 10 health, Apply bandage,
         sustain casualty life.
  *Give Bandage (useskill givebandage)
